This is how it all started

When I started my journey in industry, I had the opportunity to work on a lot of really great technology - cutting edge tech to change the world.

And I was excited to be a part of it's development  - and then I was put in charge of it, not unlike the cartoon above.

While I loved the tech and the challenges of making something new and beneficial, I was not prepared to lead.... and not set up to succeed by those who asked me to.

I had a lot to learn and learn I did. I have been privileged to do and lead everything from academic research and prototyping to high volume manufacturing and automation.  

What I learned is that successful ventures are lead, not managed.  Successful experiences in life need good leadership, and what the world needs is more good leaders.

Infuse Solutions is the opportunity to share what I have learned about successful leadership and its application in real world situations.  

Infuse Leadership principles are easy to understand.  Anyone can do them.  They are as useful to the CEO as the shop / production floor supervisor to create a place where people thrive.
